FREE SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

Yes, thats right! We offer free shipping on exchanges for the 1st exchange. U.S. residents will not be required to pay the shipping charges for the first-time replacement when we ship it back to you. Customers outside the U.S. will have to pay their own freight.

All you have to do is to send the item back to us with a note inside the box that you need a size change and would like to replace with (insert your size).

• BikerAccess will process your exchange in 3-5 business days and then ship your package back to you.

Please follow the instruction below to ensure a smooth purchase process.
Once you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not happy with your order from BikerAccess, please contact us. Returns for exchange must be received at our facilities within 10 Business Days from receipt of package. (Special circumstances will be taken into consideration).

Upon return and receipt of the package(s), BikerAccess will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments.
BikerAccess offers free shipping however if a refund is required we will deduct any shipping costs we incurred for your purchase and refund the difference.

(size exchanges are honored for apparel and helmets only) Any other items shipping is the responsibilty of the customer both ways (saddle bags, sissy bar bags, tool & gear fork bags) All products must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to ensure proper credit. NOTE: We advise that when shipping products back to BikerAccess, customers should use the same shipper as when the package(s) were delivered, as well as insure the shipment for full value should anything happen during shipping.

Q: How long does it take to ship?
We normally ship within the same business day - 2 business days after receiving payment. Should we not have an item stock, we will either call or email you regarding the back order items.

Q: How do we ship?
We ship mostly by UPS. We also ship via post office if it is a P.O.Box or any military addresses as APO's etc. International Packages are mostly shipped by USPS.

Q: I just received my order, and I need to replace the size for a different size, what should I do?
All you have to do is to send the item back to us with a note inside the box that you need a size change and would like to replace with (insert your size). Also leave a copy of the packing slip inside the box so we can track your records.

Refunds: We offer store credit for exchanges. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee (excludes s/h) unless refund is due to defect or we are unable to replace. All items are brand new in original packaging. Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable, refused, return to sender, or request for refund, the customer will be refunded for their entire order minus
shipping/handling charges and a 20% restocking fee (applied to total item price).
